I am an American citizen. I want to marry a Russian citizen who is here with no green card, visa, etc. Will our marriage make her citizen?

If you finacee entered the US illegally, then your marriage will probably not have the immediate effect of making here eligible to apply for the green card. Unfortunately, she most likely need to leave the US and then you would need to apply for a waiver for her to reenter and apply for a green card. The good news is that there waivers are usually not that hard to secure. The bad news is that they can take a couple of months or more to get.
